Missing Person: Maureen Webb, Female, Bolivar, Date of Birth: 12/11/1958, Maureen was last seen February 16, 2001 driving her a black 1990 Ford Aerostar Van from her home in Bolivar.Her boyfriend John Smith was last seen at his home in Stafford on February 15, 2001. A suspect was arrested in 2006 on two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Smith and Maureen Webb.Webb's sister told police in 2002 about a man who said Smith and Webb were dead. Police who contacted him obtained a watch that had belonged to Smith.
